There are no accident and emergency facilities at Stracathro Hospital. Elective surgery and general outpatient clinics are available.

The Stracathro Regional Treatment Centre (SRTC) also shares the site with the Macmillan Centre and Susan Carnegie Centre.

The SRTC caters for NHS patients from Tayside, Grampian, and Fife Health Boards.

Stracathro has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, boasting pioneering equipment catering for a variety of specialties.

The SRTC is a well established part of the local community, strongly supported by local charities such as The Friends of Stracathro whose generosity and support has been invaluable.
