Flo - Helping you to manage your health

Florence or 'Flo' as we call her is an easy to use text messaging system that can help you self-manage your own health. Flo works with any mobile phone or network and is free to use. We are trialling Flo in some services across Tayside so if your health care professional has discussed using Flo to help manage your condition you can watch this short, whiteboard animation or print out the patient information leaflet for more details.
