Brechin walkers take Steps Tay Health

The Brechin Stepping Out walking group had an away day to Montrose.

New volunteer walk leader George Mitchell led an enthusiastic group of walkers on an away day to Montrose beach.

Steps Tay Health, an initiative between NHS Tayside and Paths For All, runs health-led walking groups throughout Angus. Walkers attending the groups benefit socially and say they experience improved health and wellbeing from the gentle exercise.
