Pain self-management group in Forfar

A free self-management group aiming to improve quality of life for people living with chronic pain is running in Forfar.

The group for people living with chronic pain runs in Forfar on Mondays from 2 - 4pm in the Lintrathen room, Whitehills Health & Community Care Centre.

Adults living with chronic pain are invited to come along and should call 0800 783 6059 prior to attending.

The group is organised and led by Pain Association Scotland in partnership with Angus Community Health Partnership. The group provides access to education and peer support and aims to help people living with chronic pain feel in control of their condition.

The group is being introduced following the success of and high demand for the existing Angus group which continues to meet in Arbroath on a monthly basis.
