We would like to hear your views on acute stroke services
NHS Tayside Stroke Managed Clinical Network (MCN) would like to hear your views on acute stroke services.
Come along to one of our events and share your experience of stroke care, how stroke impacted on your life and give your views on how we could improve your experience.
The events will be in an informal setting and are open to everyone. There will also be information stands from the Stroke Association, Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland and the Stroke Exercise Group.
The drop-in events will be held from 11.30am to 4.30pm on the following dates and locations:
• Tuesday 3 October, Lintrathen Room, Whitehills Health and Community Care Centre, Forfar
• Thursday 5 October, Seminar Rooms 4,5 and 6, Perth Royal Infirmary, Perth
• Wednesday 11 October, Seminar Rooms A,B and C, Ninewells Hospital, Dundee
