Vision, Values, Aims

NHS Tayside's Vision, Aim, Values and Behaviours was launched by the Chairman on 5th December 2013. The ambition is that all workplaces in NHS Tayside would be environments where respect and fairness are obvious from the moment anyone walks into a ward or department with staff feeling valued and appreciated.  This positive, open culture will be reflected in everything staff do with patient experience and patient outcomes benefiting as result.
