Code of Practice on Openness in the NHS

The Code of Practice on Openness in the NHS has been adopted in Tayside. Its basic principle is that the NHS should respond positively to your request for information except in certain clearly defined circumstances.

Your request will be acknowledged within 4 days and a reply or explanation should be received within 20 working days.
