What's on my Record ?

A new guide to finding out what information is stored about citizens has been published by the Scottish Consumer Council. What's on My Record, explains how people can find out about what information is held about them in the files of public bodies and businesses alike. The guide also explains how information can be corrected and what steps consumers can take if they want to complain about how their information has been handled.
