VisitingVisiting hours are 3pm-5pm and 6pm-8pm Overnight AccommodationSmall single room overnight accommodation is available free of charge for limited periods. Relative EnquiriesRelatives should phone the hospital, ask for the particular ward the patient is in and then for the patient's named nurse. GiftsSmall gifts, i.e. boxes of chocolates, biscuits etc., may be given to the ward staff. No personal gifts can be accepted. Monetary donations can be made to the particular ward's endowment fund. Personal BelongingsPatients are requested not to bring in any valuable belongings. Any that are brought in will be given to the cashier to put in the safe. Money will be banked. A priest can be called to attend a patient if requested. Coffee ShopThere is a coffee shop on site, open from 0900 hours to 1600 hours Monday to Friday (Closed at Weekends), with merchandising machines available at various sites within the hospital. Patients from Ethnic OriginsThe booklet "Religions and Cultures (A Guide to Patient's Beliefs and Customs for Health Service Staff)" is available to staff. |
