Staff nurse Wilma Glancy recently celebrated 30 years service with NHS Tayside.
Wilma began working as a nursing auxiliary at Dundee Royal Infirmary in 1986 before undertaking her enrolled nurse training in 1987 and bridging course in 2001.
Before Wilma started working for NHS Tayside she spent most of her youth volunteering with Little Sisters of the Poor in Wellburn Nursing Home in Dundee and she began volunteering with them again in 2008.
Wilma said, “I have spent most of my nursing career in dermatology which I feel as passionate about as in the beginning. I feel blessed to be part of a fantastic nursing team who are a wonderful support for each other. Thank you NHS Tayside.”
