Ninewells staff support local children this Christmas

Staff in ward 10 at Ninewells Hospital have donated Christmas parcels to disadvantaged children in Dundee.

Staff in Ward 10 at Ninewells Hospital have donated Christmas parcels to local disadvantaged children this Christmas instead of buying each other a secret Santa present.

Staff nurse Adele McOmish said, “Instead of our secret Santa presents this year, we decided to buy gifts for local children who may not receive a present from Santa. It’s such a good cause and we are fortunate enough to be able to this. Thank you to everyone who took part.”

Health care assistant Chloe Wood said, “We are working with local health visitors and social workers to give gifts to local children who may not receive anything this year. We all purchased age-appropriate gifts for our chosen child.”
