Garden furniture donated to Roxburghe

Two garden benches and garden furniture have been kindly donated to Roxburghe House in memory of Gillian Jardine.

Walter Higgins from Tealing donated two garden benches and garden furniture in memory of his partner Gillian Jardine who had received treatment at Roxburghe House before she sadly passed away.

Walter said, “I am very grateful for the loving care and attention Gillian received from everyone at Roxburghe House. She was very well looked after.

“This is my way of saying thank you to everyone. Gillian loved sitting outside with a coffee. This new furniture will allow other patients the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.”

Accepting the donation, senior charge nurse Marnie Ferguson said, “Thank you to Walter for this generous donation, we very much appreciate it. This additional garden furniture will enhance our outdoor space for our patients and their families.”
