Pitlochry Minor Injury and Illness
Unit opening hours

Pitlochry Minor Injury and illness Unit (MIIU) opening times will be restricted during the month of October due to staff vacancies. Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership Chief Officer Robert Packham said, “We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”

To check opening times before attending please call:

• Pitlochry Community Hospital on 01796 472052, Monday to Fridays;

• or NHS 24 on 111 at the weekends.

Advice on accessing the right treatment in the right place, at the right time:

You can contact your GP between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. When your GP surgery is closed, and you’re too ill to wait until it re-opens, you can access appropriate out-of-hours services (including a nurse or GP) through NHS 24 by calling 111.

Your local pharmacist can provide a whole range of services including free advice, support and guidance on all your health problems. Community pharmacies are open at convenient times on Saturdays and Sundays in many locations.
