Who to Refer

All services are free, informal, and confidential and are for those aged 11-19 years (and up to 25 years for those in crisis). Young people can access support for things like: · Mental Health · Sexual Health · Health and Wellbeing · Online Safety · Alcohol, Smoking and Drugs.

Who not to Refer

  • Young people under the influence of alcohol, substance use, or actively suicidal. Young people under 11 or over 19 (for young people 20-25 call the Corner before signposting).

How to Refer

  • The Corner operates a drop-in service which does not require a referral and operates under a signposting policy. Young people can attend the drop-in without an appointment, and can also book an online appointment, or access the live chat option via the Corner website to discuss support. Drop in is between 1-6pm Monday to Friday.
  • Call 01382 206060 to discuss any other potential signposting into the service.
  • The only part of the service that accepts referrals is from the Corner’s STRIVE (substance use support service) for 12-21 year olds. For STRIVE referrals via tay.office.corner@nhs.scot and youngpeopledundee@hillcrestfutures.org.uk or FORT system.
