Meeting dates for Edzell Long Term Conditions Support Group
The Edzell Long Term Conditions Support Group has planned a series of further meetings over the spring and summer period covering a range of topics.
Patients living with a long term condition in the Edzell area are invited to the meetings which are free to attend and include a talk from an invited speaker. People can bring along a friend or relative and tea and coffee will be provided with plenty of time to chat.
The group is open to adults living with any long term condition and aims to provide access to ongoing information, education and support from others also living with a long term condition.
The following dates and topics have been arranged for future meetings which will be held in the Edzell Health Centre from 2-4pm.
• Tuesday, 26 April – Continence
• Tuesday, 24 May – Pet Therapy
• Tuesday, 28 June – Self Directed Support
