Dementia awareness event at Brechin Health Centre

A dementia awareness event is being held at Brechin Health Centre to provide information about dementia and the support that is available locally. The event is open to patients registered at Brechin or Edzell Health Centres.

The event will include short presentations from local teams who will also be on hand to chat and answer any questions people might have about dementia. The event is open to those living with dementia or who have family or friends affected by dementia.

In addition to members of staff from NHS Tayside, representatives from Angus Care and Repair, Angus Post Diagnostic Service and Alzheimer Scotland will also be in attendance to offer information and support.

The event will be held on Wednesday, 8 February from 2 - 4pm at Brechin Health Centre. People can drop in if they are unable to stay for the full event. Booking is not required and friends and family are welcome.
