Living Life Well in the Community event available to watch online

The Tayside Mental Health Communications and Engagement Group’s first public event ‘Living Life Well in the Community’ is now available to watch on the Living Life Well website.

The online event featured a range of key speakers, community presentations and opportunities for questions from the public.

A recording of the event is available to watch on the Living Life Well website at www.livinglifewelltayside.scot.nhs.uk and the NHS Tayside You Tube channel

Anyone who attended on the day or who has watched the recording is encouraged to give their feedback by completing the survey on the Living Life Well website.

Hosted by Dundee youth charity Feeling Strong, the event was well attended with almost 100 individuals attending throughout the different sessions.

NHS Tayside Chief Executive Grant Archibald opened the event and discussed the development and launch of the Living Life Well Strategy.

Presentations were also given by The Corner, Making Recovery Real Dundee, NHS Tayside Interim Director of Mental Health Kate Bell, Feeling Strong, NHS Tayside Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Perth & Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership and The Stakeholder Participation Group.

A further event is being planned for later in the year and any organisations or services which would like to take part are encouraged to get in touch with tay.mhwteam@nhs.scot to register their interest.
