Regular exercise is a great way to relieve stress, improve your mind and make you fitter. There are lots of choices - going for a walk, out on a bike or scooter, playing football, throwing a frisbee or joining in with an online YouTube class. Setting yourself a challenge can help to improve your motivation and doing some exercises with others can make it easier to keep going.
