If you are struggling with anxiety and/or negative thoughts, mindfulness is a great way to start living in the moment and reduce these negative thinking practices. There are lots of great free apps that you can help to guide you through breathing techniques and meditation, or Yoga can help to boost your mood. Mindfulness is a skill that needs to be learned and practised in order to get the maximum benefit so make sure you keep going!
