Emotional Health and Well Being

Although we have a clinical psychology service at our Ninewells CF clinic, sometimes people find it easier to access information and support without face to face contact.  Moodjuice is is an Internet site developed by Choose Life Falkirk and the Adult Clinical Psychology Service, NHS Forth Valley. The site is designed to offer information, advice to those experiencing troublesome thoughts, feelings and actions. From the site you are able to print off various self-help guides covering conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic and sleep problems. Moodcafe is a Fife based resource promoting mental health and well being.  Their website has lots of useful information and resources which can be used either alone or can direct you to local groups for support.
