All patients will be offered a consultant and CF team review at regular intervals/ as required
The CF nurses, physios and dietitian will continue to provide home visits as required and outpatient face to face appointments can be arranged if required for an urgent review
There is also frequent contact available with all members of the team via telephone, mobile, Facebook and the NHS Scotland approved video platform, Near Me
