- Nurse Specialists will take a full medical history, then arrange a series of investigations; blood tests, ultrasound scan and a fibroscan to assess for signs of liver fibrosis / cirrhosis.
- Following this, an appointment will be arranged at the Liver Clinic for assessment by the medical team regarding further management.
