- To strive for a “Transplant first” culture, and continue to offer home treatments to all appropriate patients.
- To ensure our communication keeps the patient at the centre of all we do and minimise variation in care across our sites and clinics.
- To continue to build a supported workforce, suitably trained to deliver excellent care whilst continually considering alternative ways of working, efficiency, modernisation, alternative roles and technological alternatives.
