We are a team of Respiratory Specialist Nurses based between Ninewells Hospital and Perth Royal Infirmary. Our role is to provide education and support to patients, carers and staff during an admission to hospital with a number of different non-cancer related respiratory conditions, this may include out-patient follow up through a number of different means; Near Me, Telephone, Clinic and home visits. Part of our role is to co-ordinate the home oxygen service for NHS Tayside. We work closely with the community respiratory nursing and pulmonary rehabilitation teams.

There are a number of respiratory nursing teams providing different services for the population of NHS Tayside within both primary and secondary care. This webpage aims to provide information and contact details for the services provided by secondary care, including Respiratory Liaison Service, Sleep Service, Home Ventilation Service, Lung Cancer Specialist Nursing Team and Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Team.
