Manual for Mealtimes

Manual for Mealtimes a tool designed to give Care Home staff a knowledge and skills framework to deal with the mealtime problems that do not require the intervention of a Speech and Language Therapist. It includes eating and drinking problem charts, specific advice for key areas of difficulty and record sheets to monitor progress. There is also a video with guidance and training on using the manual.
