- Perth Royal Infirmary: Friday mornings (9.00am - 12 noon)
- Stracathro SRTC: Thursday mornings (9.00am - 12 noon)
- Nurse-Led telephone clinic: For patients whose condition has been under control for a considerable time, an invitation to enroll in the telephone clinic will be offered.
