- Only the staff directly involved in your care will have access to your records. We can also track who has accessed your electronic record to ensure its privacy is respected.
Sharing Information:
- We may need to share certain information with other professionals involved in your care, such as your GP or other healthcare providers, to ensure you receive the best possible support.
- If you were referred to our service, the person who made the referral will be kept informed about your treatment.
- There are specific circumstances where we may be legally required to share confidential information outside of the NHS, for example, if there is a risk to your safety or the safety of others. If this happens, we will make every effort to inform you and explain the reasons behind it.
