Dundee Carers Centre
They offer support to individuals from ages 8 to 90+ years old who find themselves in an unpaid carers role. The service is designed to cater to the unique needs of carers, ensuring they receive the information, resources, and help they deserve.

• Practical, emotional, and peer support
• Help to access other services within the centres such as groupwork, counselling, short breaks and self-directed support
• A variety of groups and events, held within the centre and in local communities

PKAVS Carers Hub (Perth & Kinross)
PKAVS provides dedicated support to unpaid carers of all ages across Perth & Kinross, helping them manage the challenges of caring and maintain their own wellbeing.
Adult Carers (25+)
They support adult carers with:
• Information, advice, and advocacy
• Training and events (e.g. stress management, first aid)
• Support groups, one-to-one sessions, therapies, and carer cafés
• Respite services including day clubs, short breaks, and “respitality”
Young Adult Carers (16–25)
They help young adult carers transition into adulthood by offering:
• Social, emotional, and educational support
• One-to-one and group sessions
• Respite breaks and activities
• Advice, information, and signposting to other services
Young Carers (under 18)
Young carers can access:
• Help creating a Young Carer Statement
• Respite and fun activities with other young carers
• School holiday trips and small grants for breaks
• Education support and one-to-one sessions
• Family support and signposting to other services

Spiritual Care and Wellbeing
