Sleep Diaries
Sleep diaries are useful tool to monitor sleep patterns. Completing one will show you how long it takes your child to fall asleep and how much sleep they get per night. They can also highlight where changes could be made to improve the duration and quality of sleep. Try keeping one for a couple of weeks if you would like to understand your child's sleep behaviour a bit better.
