Bespoke Training - Health & Work
We offer bespoke training on the following topics:

Creating a Mentally Healthy Workplace – this 4hr session aims to equip managers and team leaders to promote and support mental health in the workplace.
Looking After Your Wellbeing at Work – a 3hr workshop which aims to increase understanding of wellbeing and the supports to manage this in the workplace.
Keeping Active at Work – this 1.5hr workshop identifies ways to keep active during the day, whether in the workplace or working from home.
Managing Stress at Work – a 1hr workshop aimed at increasing understanding of stress, the impact work can have and consider ways to manage this.
Menopause and the Workplace – this 1hr workshop aims to improve understanding of the menopause and its impact in the workplace and to identify some practical strategies to create a menopause friendly working environment.
Sleep and Work – a 1hr workshop designed to increase understanding of the importance of sleep to improve wellbeing and workplace health, productivity and safety.

Important Information: We aim to accommodate all requests for bespoke training but cannot guarantee that this will be available. We require a minimum of 8 attendees for all bespoke training sessions. Please email - tay.healthimprovementtraining@nhs.scot for further information.
