The Health Improvement service covers several priority areas of work including financial inclusion, mental health, substance use, physical activity, tobacco, early years and young people and health and work.
Delivery priorities are aligned with the five key evidence-based prevention drivers outlined in Scotland’s Population Health Framework 2025-2035:
