Personal Profile
Stuart Lyall graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a MA in Accountancy and, after two years working in the financial services sector in Glasgow and Edinburgh, went on to join the NHS Scotland Graduate Financial Management Training Scheme. Based in NHS Grampian, Stuart qualified as a full member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy in 1996. He since moved to Tayside and has held a number of senior finance positions. Stuart was appointed as Director of Finance from December 2019.
