Councillor Mark Flynn has represented the Coldside ward of Dundee since 2017 and served as the Council Leader of Dundee City Council since September 2024.
As Council Leader for Dundee City Council, Cllr Flynn acts as Convener for the City Governance Committee and has previously been Convener for the City Council’s Neighbourhood Regeneration, Housing and Estate Management Committee and City Development Committee.
Cllr Flynn is committed to strengthening partnership working for health and wellbeing, ensuring local government and health services work collaboratively in addressing the community’s needs.
