Dundee Dental Hospital

Dundee Dental Hospital is home to the NHS Tayside Specialist Dental Services working with the University of Dundee and some Emergency Dental Care Services.

People who require emergency dental care  and do not have dentist of their own should call 01382 401455 lines are open 8.30am-12.15pm/1.30pm - 4.30pm or
NHS 24 on 111 in the evenings and at weekends. 

All patients will be triaged by phone. Dundee Dental Hospital is no longer a walk-in service, please do not turn up without an appointment.

Car
Dundee Dental Hospital & School has limited patient parking available. As a central location, parking is in high demand and you will probably have to find a parking space at one of the nearby pay & display car parks located on Hunter Street or South Tay Street so please allow time to find suitable parking. Parking for those with a blue disabled badge is free of charge in two dedicated parking spaces.

Scottish Blue
Scottish Blue provide patient transport services to Ninewells Hospital from Arbroath, Brechin, Carnoustie, Dundee, Kirriemuir, Monifieth and Montrose from as little as £7.50.

Anyone can use this service and it’s available from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Passengers will be collected from their home and drivers are on hand to provide any extra support where required. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible with low floors and grab handles for easy access.

This service can be booked by calling Scottish Blue on 01382 339 633 or by booking online. It’s advised to book your seat or wheelchair space as early as possible.
