Kings Cross Health and Community Care Centre

The Health and Community Care Centre is accessed via the entrance to Kings Cross Hospital from the entrance on hospital street. There is plenty of parking, including dedicated disabled parking available.

Scottish Blue provide patient transport services to Ninewells Hospital from Arbroath, Brechin, Carnoustie, Dundee, Kirriemuir, Monifieth and Montrose from as little as £7.50.

Anyone can use this service and it’s available from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Passengers will be collected from their home and drivers are on hand to provide any extra support where required. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible with low floors and grab handles for easy access.

This service can be booked by calling Scottish Blue on 01382 339 633 or by booking online. It’s advised to book your seat or wheelchair space as early as possible.

The Dundee Out-of-Hours GP Service is open from 6pm until 8am each weekday and 24 hours at weekends and public holidays. This service is for patients who become ill during the out-of-hours period and who cannot wait until their GP surgery opens. The service is by appointment only and can be accessed by calling NHS 24 on 111.
