Paediatric Audiology
Welcome to Paediatric Audiology. Our experienced team aim to provide a family friendly and patient focused children's hearing service. We offer a full range of hearing services from newborn diagnostic hearing assessments, monitoring hearing, issuing and supporting children with their hearing aids, and more.
We have good links with our colleagues working in ENT, Speech and Language Therapy, Paediatric Medicine and Education.
If you are concerned that your child is not hearing well, please contact you’re GP or Health Visitor to discuss your concerns and a referral to Paediatric Audiology for a hearing assessment may be arranged.
Why do children with hearing issues need support?
Hearing loss can impact on a child’s development, learning and education so it is very important to identify any hearing loss so it can be managed appropriately.
