The resources on this site are based on the principles of psychological first aid. The hub provides advice and support for practical, everyday needs and relationships, as well as tips on self-care, to help you cope with the challenges you’re facing during the pandemic. Visit www.promis.scot.
The National Wellbeing Hub also takes you directly to links that will enable you to access e-health programmes. There are computerised programmes that have been commissioned by the Scottish Government from Silvercloud (use access code NHS2020) and Sleepio. All NHS staff have free access to the computerised programmes below. Silvercloud provides a structured online programme based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, that focuses on supporting your wellbeing, including managing your mental health, building and maintaining resilience, managing stress and sleep.
