NHS Tayside's 'Rest, Relax, Recharge' (RRR) rooms are areas designed as dedicated spaces away from busy environments to encourage staff to unwind, read a book and just relax.
These calm spaces are for everyone to use, whether you are a medical, clerical or support services member of staff. These chill-out spaces have been created in 14 hospitals and community care centres.

- Level 5 - Female Nursing showers are located across from the Pharmacy. They can also be accessed from the doctor's mess
- Level 5 - Male Nursing/Porters are just along from mortuary
- Level 6 – Located beside the maternity/polyclinic lifts
Perth Royal Infirmary
- Located in ward 11 and can be accessed by staff ID badge
Royal Victoria Hospital
- Located in the main staff changing area. Estates staff also have access to a shower within the estates rest area
