Money Advice

Cost of Living Support - the cost of living crisis presents an ongoing challenge to people and families across Scotland, with many struggling to make ends meet. As part of its response to this situation, the Scottish Government has launched a new website that brings together in one place information on support, grants, benefits and advice, in order to help people find what support they may be entitled to.

Money Advice Scotland - find information about your finances, your rights to sick pay, and changes to claiming benefits.

Social Security Scotland - help with access to a range of benefits e.g. Best Start maternity grants, young carer grants, and funeral support payments.

Citizens Advice Bureau

There is an increased concern amongst NHS staff about meeting their essential living costs like rent, mortgage payments and energy bills.

The Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, confidential and impartial advice on everything from benefits, to housing issues to employment.
