The Board Secretary is an attendee at the Board and all standing committee meetings.
Personal Profile
Margaret has worked in the NHS since 1984 and in Tayside since 1990 taking up the post as Board Secretary in 2004 following a number of other management positions in the NHS.
In the role as Board Secretary Margaret has a portfolio with responsibilities for Corporate Governance, Equality and Diversity, Information Governance which includes Corporate Records Management and also Resilience and Business Continuity Planning.
