Performance and Resources Committee
Welcome to the Performance and Resources Committee.
The purpose of the Performance and Resources Committee is to scrutinise on behalf of Tayside NHS Board in sufficient detail financial and operational performance to allow Tayside NHS Board to meet its obligations and to ensure that corrective actions are taken as required.
The Performance and Resources Committee will oversee the ongoing development of a performance management culture in the organisation where performance management is seen as part of the day job striving for excellence and focussing on improvement in all aspects of NHS Board business.
