- To book catering please ensure catering form is completed and returned to reception 72 hours prior to meeting. Catering form can be obtained from or completed by reception.
- Staff booking without swipe card facilities will receive a swipe card when they book in at reception. Signature is required when swipe card returned.
- Evening bookings are possible. If leaving after 9pm MIU must be informed and borrowed swipe card handed in there.
