Your first appointment for dizziness/balance will be a phone consultation from a vestibular audiologist. This helps to decide which tests you require and which clinic you should be seen in.
During this appointment the vestibular audiologist will discuss your balance/dizziness, including the impact that it is having on your life, they will also ask questions about your ears and general health.
