Volunteer Drop In Clinics

These Volunteer drop-in clinics are part of a Tayside-wide service, which is delivered by NHS Tayside hearing aid support volunteers who have been trained by NHS Tayside Audiology Service to renew the tubing in ear moulds and replace batteries for NHS hearing aid users.
At the Volunteer drop-in sessions the volunteers can;

• Replace tubing of "mould type" NHS Hearing Aids 
• Replace tubing and domes for "Open fit slim tube type" NHS Hearing Aids
• Supply replacement hearing aid batteries for NHS hearing aids
• Provide contact details of where further help or information can be obtained
• Refer any hearing aid issue to Audiology Service, Kings Cross Health & Community Care Centre
