It’s always best to be prepared. Have a think about what it is you would like the clinician to know, what are your concerns, what is it you hope to get out of coming to CAMHS.
Write things down as reminders, sometimes it can be difficult to remember everything you want to say. Help your child, where possible, to do the same.
