How do I get back in touch with my child's worker after the appointment?
Take a note of the Core workers name and call them at The Centre for Child Health in Dundee or St Leonards Bank in Perth. If they are not available, they will call you back as soon as they can.
If your child's core worker is on leave please ask to talk to the duty worker and they will call you back the same day to answer your question and see if they can offer you advice on how to manage a situation or proceed with your child's care.
