Cool2Talk

Cool2talk provides a safe, anonymous online space for young people aged 12-25 where they can ask any health related question and get an answer within 24 hours. The site also has lots of information about a wide range of health related topics and a local resources section helping young people and parents to locate local services.

Togetherall

All 16-24 year olds in Tayside now have free access to the digital mental health and wellbeing service Togetherall. Togetherall provides safe, anonymous, online support 24/7, with a supportive community, information and self-help resources, and trained professionals online at all times.

Childline

Childline is a free, confidential service for children and young people under 19 in the UK. It provides a safe space where you can talk about anything that is worrying you, whether it's problems at home, friendships, bullying, mental health, relationships, school, or anything else on your mind. Childline offers support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through phone, online chat, and messaging with trained counsellors who listen without judging and help you explore your options.
