The Perth & Kinross Care Home Activity Network (CHAN) was established in 2010. It provides a forum for activity leads from care homes to come together throughout the year to collaborate, communicate, share, support, network and learn
Through the CHAN many activity opportunities have been developed including the Go4Gold Games Challenge, Swimming, Golf, Football Memories, Netball, Paths for All Walks, Strength and Balance exercises, Cycling, Arts in Care, Dancing, Living Voices, Hand Massage, Music, Drama, Playlists for life to name but a few.
