Pressure Area Care

Pressure area care, also known as pressure ulcer prevention, focuses on preventing and managing pressure ulcers (also called bedsores or pressure sores). These are injuries to the skin and underlying tissue that occur when there is prolonged pressure on the skin, typically in individuals with limited mobility.
