Art Angel Young Adult's Group
Young Adult groups are run twice a week and are open to young adults aged between 16 and 25 who are looking to express themselves creatively amongst a group of their peers. They provide a friendly environment, quality art materials and are run by professional art tutors to help make young adults feel valued and have their voices heard.

Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
NHS Tayside CAMHS provides specialist assessment and treatment for children aged up to 16 (or 18 if they stay on at secondary school), who have or are suspected to have a moderate or severe mental health condition or neurodevelopmental condition.

The cool2talk website is for young people ages 12-26. It provides a safe space where they can get their questions answered accurately and without judgement.
It is very important that children, young people and adults can talk openly with each other. There is clear evidence demonstrating that providing accurate, non judgemental responses to young people that are age and stage appropriate supports them to make safer choices.
Through social media, online gaming and pornography, as well as other places on the internet, young people can and do access a huge amount of information which is inappropriate, inaccurate and risky. cool2talk provides a safe space where young people can get their questions answered accurately and age appropriately and find out about local services. It allows young people to submit questions on health and wellbeing issues and receive replies from a trusted, trained and experienced worker.

Comics Youth
Creative 1-2-1s for young people aged 12-18 who experience anxiety, depression, or another mental health challenge. The School Nurse Service aims to offer support to children, young people and their families who need it the most. The teams cover all local authority schools in Tayside and are based in community settings.
How to speak to a School Nurse:
if you are a child or young person – you can speak to your teacher or guidance teacher to talk through if a referral to a school nurse might help; or you can talk to your GP; or talk to your parent or carer who can link with all these people too.

if you are an education, social work or health professional – you can submit a referral form, via our secure email system.
